Owen Brady
Director
Owen has over 30 years senior experience of working within a range of organisations. This includes organisations from start-ups, large corporates, healthcare (both public and private), charities, third sector and both local and central government.
He has held many senior positions up to board level. Additionally, he has held a number of strategic advisory and consultancy roles. He has led multiple end-to-end turnaround and transformation programmes that have delivered significant benefits and efficiencies. This has included implementing new technologies, introducing good departmental and organisational governance, creating and leading high preforming teams and working with people at all levels to deliver strategic objectives.
Owen has led a number of Information Governance programmes that facilitated a number of private healthcare organisations to access the NHS network, N3. Owen has worked closely with NHS digital to remediate issues and challenges that healthcare organisations have had with regards to their code of connection and security. He has implemented a number of ISO projects resulting in organisations gaining full ISO27001 accreditations.
Owen has worked with many leading healthcare organisations in the UK and abroad, including Nuffield Health, Nations Healthcare, Radiology Reporting Online, Whipps Cross NHS Trust, Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Trust and BUPA.
Owen is known as a trusted voice within the industry and for delivering significant change leading to successful outcomes.

Karen Shaw
Program and Project Lead
Having worked in large corporations as well as start-ups, charities, private and public healthcare, Karen has a wealth of commercial acumen that can be applied to a wide range of organisational challenges.
15 years in Sales & Marketing within the dynamic, fiercely competitive, but highly creative Media industry at ITV and Sky, has given her the resilience, determination and inventiveness to succeed. She has learnt and champions the value of relationships as the foundation for success; drawing upon the importance of trust, transparency, teamwork and effective planning to drive results.
6 years building and leading project teams in the successful implementation of multi-million pound programmes in healthcare has given her a depth of knowledge and understanding of this challenging marketplace.
She has worked with leading and prestigious NHS trusts such as Moorfields, Barts Health, Chelsea and Westminster, Royal Marsden and Guy’s and St Thomas. Experience ranges from compiling compelling business cases, to secure funding, to large scale business change programmes across the NHS
A Prince2 qualified Project Manager who has consistently delivered large scale projects, not just on time and to budget, but in a productive, inventive and collaborative manner that has earned her considerable praise from those she works for and with.
She has an infectious vitality and enthusiasm, is an accomplished communicator and a natural leader who knows how to empower individuals and get the most from resources to achieve maximum value.

Tim Mills
IT Solutions Architect
Tim Mills is a seasoned IT Solutions Architect with over 20 years of IT experience, specializing in designing and delivering technology solutions for healthcare organizations. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges in clinical environments—such as data privacy, compliance, and system interoperability—Tim has successfully led the implementation of numerous application and infrastructure projects across the sector.
His technical expertise spans virtualization platforms including VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Nutanix, as well as enterprise storage and networking solutions that ensure reliability and performance in mission-critical healthcare systems. Tim also brings strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365, enabling secure, scalable cloud and collaboration environments tailored to healthcare needs.
Tim has extensive experience in desktop virtualization, having delivered solutions using Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VMware Horizon, and traditional Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) environments. These technologies have played a critical role in enabling secure remote access, improving clinician mobility, and supporting flexible work models across healthcare organizations. Tim’s ability to align virtual desktop infrastructure with clinical workflows ensures seamless user experiences and robust security.
His hands-on experience with a wide range of healthcare applications gives him a practical edge in architecting solutions that meet both operational and regulatory requirements. Whether modernizing legacy systems, deploying hybrid cloud strategies, or implementing virtual desktop infrastructure, Tim is committed to delivering IT environments that support better patient outcomes and long-term sustainability.

Chris Tossell
Clinical Application Delivery
Chris is very passionate about the use of technology in healthcare. In particular how technology offers the possibility to improve patient pathways, deliver better patient care, improve quality and provide costs efficiencies.
Chris has extensive experience of working with and delivering significant projects to hospitals and healthcare systems within the US, UK, Middle East and Australia. These healthcare organisations include UCLH, Cambridge University Hospital Trust, and Manchester University NHS Trust in the UK, Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Bon Secours Basset Health and Ohio Health in the US and Johns Hopkins ARAMCO in the Middle East.
He has been responsible for implementing enabling technologies such as EMR/EPR, PAS, revenue cycle management and inventory management systems. In particular he has worked with EPIC and Cerner and is recognised as a person that delivers excellent results. Additionally, he holds multiple certifications with EPIC and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
Chris has a strong background in recruiting and staff augmentation, he has sourced and built teams to support large scale implementations from inception up to go live and ongoing support. He uses his extensive network within the healthcare industry to ensure the best resources are deployed at the right time thus delivering the best results for his clients.
